Soldat 1.2 fix is available. Please download it to solve various problems and to add a better console as a bonus.
Changes:
- fixed lobby server address and servers list downloading
- fixed 'bad packet' debug messages
- fixed random crashing ('decompression failed')
- added '/shutdown' command for server
- added bigger console for messages after pressing the chat key

Also available is a new version of the Soldat dedicated server, so admins please update it.

There is a new address for the lobby server with the servers list. After changing the servers browser should work perfectly. Please open the file 'lobby_servers.txt'in your Soldat folder and change the existing address to: lobby.soldat.pl

Sorry for the trouble.

- Attention server admins! There's a new version of the dedicated server v2.08. It should solve the access violation and "decompression failed" problems that players have. For more info check the readme.txt in the zip. Also from now on I will try to update the server more frequently and I won't post news on new versions just upload it on the page so be sure to check the server downloads page every now and then.

- There is a german version of the Soldat Manual available thanks to systemfeind.

- I get a lot of spam these days so if you want me to get the mail please be sure to type "Soldat" somewhere in the topic. Also be sure that your question was not answered in the FAQ on this page or on the Soldat Forums.

Attention all game server admins! There is available a new version of the dedicated server for Soldat. Versions for Linux and Windows are in the same file. Many issues have been fixed since the last version but some may still remain. Please post your problems on the Soldat Forums "Server Corps".

Also I added a new download page "Other". I will add there whatever I like. At the beggining you can download from the page: Soldat translations, banners and buttons, bots and the oldest Soldat version!
